  • How will i know if the order is successfully placed?
    Once your order is placed successfully, you will receive a confirmation over email from EthnicOutfits.
  • How will my order be delivered to me?
    Your order will be delivered to you through reputed courier companies at your doorstep, like Blue Dart, DHL etc.
  • Can i place an order over the phone?
    No, We cannot accept orders over the phone but only through our online shopping site.
  • What are your shipping charges for deliveries inside India?
    We provide FREE DELIVERY within India.
  • I tried placing my order using my debit card/credit card/net banking but the order was not successful. what happens to EthnicOutfits credits deducted from my account?
    In case your order is not successful and EthnicOutfits Credits has been deducted from your account we would initiate refund within 3 working days.
  • How do i check the status of my order?
    Your order status is updated to you by emails at every step. As your order is placed you will receive email with order details, and when your order is dispatched we will again send you email with tracking details. if you don’t see any updates,You can contact our customer care number. In the case of delays you will receive a special update from our us through email.
  • Why have i received a confirmation call after placing my order?
    You receive a confirmation call for your order to verify if there is any change of your order and your delivery address.
  • Can i place a bulk order for any product?
    In order to place bulk order, please drop a mail to wholesale@ethnicoutfits.com with your requirements and we shall get back to you.
  • I am placing an order as a gift to someone. will that person receive the price tags and invoice?
    Yes, because of the prevalent regulations we sent the invoice along with the product. Tags are also kept attached so that the product can be returned if the receiver faces any problem with it.
  • Can i add an item to my order which has already been placed successfully?
    You can not add item to the order which has already been placed, but however you can simply place another order by selecting more than one product before placing the order.
  • I bought a saree with blouse stitched, Can I return it or exchange it?
    Returns would not be accepted for custom made / stitched clothing, including for sarees where the blouse is stitched, readymade stitched sarees or sarees stitched with custom blouse. However we would accept returns if there are any faults from our end.
  • Are there any charges for refunds, if I return an item?
    There is a admin credit card commission cost of 10 percentage of the final order value 5 percentage while accepting and 5 percentage while refunding or 10 USD depending on the order size. We will not refund the shipping charges paid by you while purchasing the item. We will not refund the customs duties or taxes, if applicable, or paid by you at time of receiving the goods.
  • Can I pay using my Debit card?
    Yes, We do accept all major debit cards
  • How do I know that you have received my payments?
    You would receive an email confirmation that we have received your payments along with order number.
  • I have transferred money through Western Union, what do I do next?
    Please email us the 10 digit MTCN number along with your temporary reference number. We would generate your order, once we receive the payments from Western Union.
  • My card is declined, What should I do?
    Please recheck if you have given your card details correct. If so, please contact your banks and explain them that you are trying to purchase from an online store. Your banks might block your cards for security issues.
  • Can I pay using 2 different cards for one order?
    Its not possible to pay using 2 cards for one order.
  • Can I pay using bank transfer? Where do I get details of your bank account?
    Yes, you can pay through bank transfer. You would send us email on support@ethnicoutfits.com with product code for bank transfer, once we received your email will send you our Bank Account Details.
  • I do not have a Paypal account, Can I still transfer money to your account?
    Yes, you can choose our other payment options other than paypal.
  • What is billing address?
    The address where you receive your card statements is called billing address
  • What is shipping address?
    The address where you would like to deliver the goods is called the shipping address
  • Can billing address and shipping address be different?
    Yes, you can give a different shipping address.
